In 2010, Alfa Romeo made its triumphant return to America with the super exotic and rare 8C. Slightly more than a hundred were shipped to the States, however, so Alfa's return was only noticed by the privileged few.
Although considerably lighter and smaller, the 4C hopes to make a deeper crater for Alfa Romeo when it lands on American soil. At a fraction of the price, the 4C preserves all of the exotic styling and dynamic driving of its supercar older brother. To our eye, the 4C might even be more attractive than the 8C, paying a more obvious homage to one of the most beautiful cars ever made, the 1967 33 Stradale. Front to back, the lines of the 4C feel cohesive and purposeful.
That purpose is to establish a symbiotic connection between the driver and the road. Sliding into the cabin with its exposed carbon fiber, you'll make short notice of the utilitarian finishes. No matter. Your only concern will be steering the conversation between the road and the 4C.
